利用規約

本規約は、TWNTY（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロードまたは使用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
1. 利用許諾
開発者は利用者に対し、本アプリを利用者が所有・管理する端末上で使用する、譲渡不能かつ非独占的な権利を許諾します。本アプリ自体の複製・改変・逆コンパイル・再配布・販売は行わないでください。
2. 写真の削除について
- 本アプリで「削除候補」にした写真は、それだけでは削除されません。削除は、利用者が確認画面で確定し、さらに iOS 標準の確認ダイアログで許可した場合にのみ行われます。
- 削除した写真は iOS の「最近削除した項目」に約30日間残り、その間は復元できます。この期間を過ぎた写真、または「最近削除した項目」から削除した写真は元に戻せません。
- 削除する写真の選択と最終的な判断は利用者ご自身が行うものとし、大切な写真は事前にバックアップを取ってください。
3. 料金と App 内課金
- 本アプリは無料でダウンロードでき、すべての機能を無料で利用できます。無料では1日に整理できる枚数に上限があり、上限は毎日リセットされます。
- その日の枚数を増やす方法として、リワード広告の視聴（1回につき＋20枚）と、買い切りの「TWNTY Pro」（枚数無制限・広告なし）があります。サブスクリプションはありません。
- 購入は Apple を通じて行われ、購入内容は Apple ID に紐づきます。返金は Apple の定めるところにより Apple が判断します。購入済みの権利は「購入を復元」からいつでも取り戻せます。
4. 広告
広告は利用者が「広告を見て＋20枚」を選んだときにのみ表示されます。広告の内容は Google AdMob により配信され、開発者が個別に選定するものではありません。
5. 免責
本アプリは「現状のまま」提供されます。開発者は、本アプリが常に中断なく動作すること、特定の目的に適合すること、または不具合がないことを保証しません。法令上許される範囲において、本アプリの使用または使用不能から生じた損害（写真の消失を含みます）について、開発者は責任を負いません。
6. 規約の変更
本規約は改定されることがあります。改定時は本ページの最終更新日を改めます。改定後も本アプリを使い続けた場合、変更に同意したものとみなします。
7. 準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠します。

These terms govern your use of TWNTY (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to them.
1. Licence
You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the App on devices you own or control. Do not copy, modify, decompile, redistribute or sell the App.
2. Deleting photos
- Marking a photo as a delete candidate does not delete it. Photos are deleted only after you confirm on the review screen and then allow it in the standard iOS dialog.
- Deleted photos stay in iOS "Recently Deleted" for about 30 days and can be recovered during that time. After that, or if removed from "Recently Deleted", they cannot be recovered.
- You are responsible for choosing what to delete. Please back up photos that matter to you.
3. Pricing and in-app purchase
- The App is free to download and every feature is free. Free use has a daily photo limit that resets each day.
- You can raise a day's limit by watching a rewarded ad (+20 photos each) or with the one-time "TWNTY Pro" purchase (unlimited, no ads). There are no subscriptions.
- Purchases are made through Apple and tied to your Apple ID. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Use "Restore Purchase" at any time.
4. Advertising
Ads appear only when you choose "Watch an ad for +20". They are served by Google AdMob and are not individually selected by the developer.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damage arising from use of or inability to use the App, including loss of photos.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated; the date above will change when they are. Continuing to use the App means you accept the changes.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
